Refund Policy

At Sole Sweetz, we take pride in delivering quality treats with care. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we always want you to be happy with your order, and we’ll do our best to make things right if an issue arises.

Perishable Items

Candy and confectionery products cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been shipped. This ensures food safety and product integrity for all our customers.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours (2 business days) of delivery. Email: solesweetz01@gmail.com To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Your order number

Photos of the package and the affected items

A brief description of the issue

After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund, depending on the situation.

Heat or Weather-Related Damage

We carefully pack all orders, but we cannot control weather conditions or transit handling once the package leaves our facility. Refunds will not be issued for products affected by heat, cold, or other environmental factors during shipping.

To reduce risk, we recommend tracking your package and ensuring someone is available to receive it promptly during warmer months.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been made and/ or shipped. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Approved cancellations may be subject to a payment processing fee.

Suspicious or Fraudulent Orders

Sole Sweetz reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious, fraudulent, or violates our store policies. If this occurs, customers will be notified by email, and any charges will be refunded to the original payment method.

This policy helps protect our business and our customers from potential fraud.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your address before completing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to have it resent. Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been marked as Delivered by the carrier, Sole Sweetz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. Please check with your local post office, building management, or neighbours if you cannot locate your parcel.

Refund Processing

If a refund or store credit is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
